Hi pala4414, welcome to Fluency Quest,
I too have been stuttering all my life and know how much it can drag you down when you feel there is no way out. Unfortunately at this stage, I have no magic pill that will cure stuttering. The best advice I can give you, and I use it when I hit absolute lows, is that when you feel you have hit the lowest you can go, when you even wonder if its worth going on any more, this is the time to get excited. Basically there is 2 options. Either give up which guarantees the end, or realise that this is the time when you have nothing left to lose. It often takes these lows to inflict enough pain to commit us to making things better. This is the time when you need to commit every cell in your body to mastering fluency. Find a hunger that others do not have and be willing to do what others are not. Turn over every rock until you find your answers. Let it be your passion. Get excited. Dont wait for others to find your answers. Take control and find them for yourself. Right now you may not have total control of your speech, but you do have control of your will and your emotion, so use it to its fullest. Become the leader and an example of possibility for others. An expression I constantly say to myself is "Dont wish to be normal - dare to be extraordinary."

Keep up the fight
