The McGuire Programme delivers practical training devised and developed to promote recovery from stuttering. I am very interested in this. I have been told 2 things. Firstly its supposed to be amazingly effective at changing a stutterers life. Lots of public speaking, lots well everything. I hear it can work wonders giving a person that stutters confidence and fluency and bucket loads.

The second thing I have heard about the course is that they are a bunch of money grabbing swines. The person who said this hasn't sat the course. What concern's me most about the course is the lack of a pricing structure on the website.

I hope to do this in either late 08 or early 09. Unfortunately the courses are a bit out of my way so I will need plenty of money to do it. (Perhaps I could take my girlfriend and it count as the yearly holiday :D)
